Creative DNA respects the privacy of our customers/clients. Any personal information provided will be kept private and will not be shared with third parties. We reserve the right to display images of previous work. Information that may be considered private, such as addresses, will be changed or omitted to protect client privacy.

The designs, images, graphics, and entire content of this website are property of Creative DNA, unless otherwise noted. Any contents of this site should not be used without the written permission of Creative DNA. If you wish to share any Creative DNA content on your website or blog, please credit "Creative DNA" as the creator of the design, and include a link back to this site.

 

HOURS OF OPERATION

 

  • Wednesday - Sunday: 11 am to 5 pm (pacifc)

  • Closed Mondays, Tuesdays, and all major holidays

  • 24-Hour  Studio/Designer Access available to members of our exclusive client roster

 

COMMUNICATION

Although we can be reached various ways, communication between clients and Creative DNA regarding orders, pricing, proofs, contracts, etc. is conducted through email only.  

 

ORDER TIMELINE

 

Timelines for custom work is based on the date of your event. We take into account time necessary for design work, proofs, revisions, production, delivery, and addressing your invitations. A good rule of thumb is to contact us for your project at least 8 months prior to your event. In effort to provide our clients with a superior experience we have limited reservations in our production schedule. Once our roster is full, we do not accept clients until a reservation has become vacant. 

 

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are conducted in person (or via Skype). In person consultations are held at our satellite offices in either Stockton, San Francisco and Walnut Creek, California.

We highly recommend that our potential clients allocate a budget for their event stationery wardrobe and review our price guide before booking a consultation. Being prepared before a consultation helps us create an invitation suite that can work within your desired price point. Custom quotes for services/products are only provided through consultations only. 

 

  • Consultations - $60.00 (includes sample kit and custom quote)

 

CONTRACTS & PAYMENTS


All Creative DNA contracts and payments are made through our selected third party companies: HoneyBook.com and Square. Additional terms, conditions, policies are provided through client contracts.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

Refunds and exchanges are not available for custom work.

 

PRICING


All custom projects are individually assessed for graphic design dedicated hours. 

Current rate: $55.00/per hour

USE OF PHOTOGRAPHY


Photographs can be in design work. However the following requirements must be met:

 

  • Professional photography must include a release form.

  • The photo must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi or higher.

 

Light photo editing and retouching is available.

 

DIGITAL FILES

 

To preserve the quality of our work we do not provide digital files of any kind.
